The original Flatwhite recipe, made with dehulled buckwheat seeds and water, but here spiced up with cinnamon and ginger, and sweetened with unsulphured sun-dried raisins and natural stevia extract. A slice of toasted hot-cross bun, only much, much healthier.
The Teatime is delicious with nothing more than a spread of butter or nut butter… but if you want a real treat, top this with sliced banana or your favourite berries, sprinkle with toasted nuts and drizzle with honey for the final decadence!
